If semen still comes through and if you experience sexual pleasure the same as before, then it is OK.

The main thing in Highest Yoga Tantra is that semen flows and one experiences pleasure. Those are the conditions: semen flowing upward and the pleasure that one uses to meditate on emptiness for the path to enlightenment.

Otherwise, it is OK if certain cells that produce babies are stopped. If semen is flowing and you have sexual pleasure, then when you reach that level you can use that.
