Chapter Two: A Buddhist Approach to Mental Illness, from Make Your Mind an Ocean, by Lama Thubten Yeshe, has now been translated into Slovenian by Ani Chodron (Masha Gedrih) and is available for download as a pdf file.

This talk was given at Prince Henry's Hospital, Melbourne, Australia, during Lama Yeshe’s and Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s second world tour in 1975. Lama Yeshe presented the talk to a group of psychiatrists who were delighted to meet and question Lama. This historic exchange underscores the difference between Western and Buddhist concepts of mental health.
